Log homes photograph as an enormous amount of brown. The instinct is to build a brown website to match, which makes the product dissolve into the interface and collapses text contrast at the same time.

There is also a licensing question that is easy to get wrong. Colorado does not license general contractors at the state level; it is handled per county and municipality, and El Paso County, Colorado Springs, Teller County and Woodland Park are all separate. A generic "Licensed and Insured" badge would be close to meaningless.

Wood lives in the photographs, not in the interface. The chrome stays neutral so the buildings carry the colour, and text over photography uses a defined scrim rather than a per-image judgement call, because the photographs will be swapped after launch.

Claims are held to what is verifiable. No invented project counts, no review counts, no membership that is not current. Anything unconfirmed is left out rather than filled with something plausible, and placeholders are visibly marked so they cannot ship quietly.
